A mixed media approach depicting a whimsical version of nature. 

 Using pyrography, ink and paint, the colorful folk art creatures and forests add layers of storytelling to the wood canvas.  The natural materials I use bring a tangible element of  the wilderness to each piece.

Each piece is created, hoping to bring you back to a place in your mind where nature has touched your life in a positive way.
